Well, it happened, Paul Wildrick fell in love…. not with a single person but the whole team at Premier Kitchens. Drawn by the staff culture and unyielding focus on customer satisfaction, Paul had to get involved, join the team and help breathe a new perspective into the organization. Just hired on as the Chief Strategist, Paul will be pulling from his 40 years of business experience to help Premier Kitchens grow and advance into 2023 and beyond.
What does a Chief Strategist do? They take a look at the business through the eyes of process, people and goals and make tweaks to create more efficiencies, find better ways of handling business operations etc., with the end goal of happy employees, customers and added success. What is Paul’s specialty?
Paul is an entrepreneurial executive and hands-on business leader who performs his job with academic detachment. This approach means that his experiences range from companydevelopment and funding, market and sales planning to product launch and profitability.
He believes that achieving success often boils down to 4 P’s: potential, passion, people, and priorities. Knowing that every business is short on time, resources, and runway; Paul will be able to help the Premier Kitchens team focus on the things that truly matter, their success, since employees are the real asset of the business.

At Premier Kitchens we are so excited to have Paul on our team and can’t wait to see the exciting changes that will come along with his incredible guidance. Here is a little background on our exciting new management team member Paul. Born in Castro Valley, Paul has been living in Orinda for the past 38 years, so he truly understands the local culture and needs of our clientele. He holds Bachelors Degrees in both Chemistry and Biology and is able to use the scientific method at ascertaining results. He currently owns a flooring company and is the President of the Diablo Valley NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) 2022 and will be throughout 2023.
In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids out skiing, scuba diving, golfing, and is a self proclaimed history buff.
